Cancellation Policy

Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability By participating in any class, workshop, private event, or open studio session at Owl’s Eye Art Collective (“the Studio”), located at 340 North Sibley Street, Unit 103, Saint Paul, MN, you acknowledge and agree to the following: Voluntary Participation: You understand that participation in art classes, workshops, open studio use, or events involves certain risks, including but not limited to the use of sharp tools, hot equipment (e.g., kilns, torches), chemicals (e.g., inks, solvents), and other materials that may cause injury or property damage. Assumption of Risk: You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risk of personal injury, illness, or property damage that may arise from participation in any activities at the Studio. Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, waive, and discharge Owl’s Eye Art Collective, its owner(s), employees, instructors, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, loss, or damage sustained while on the premises or participating in activities hosted by the Studio. Age Requirement: All participants must be 16 years or older. Participants under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign a waiver on their behalf before attending. Health & Safety: Participants are responsible for following all Studio safety rules and instructions given by staff or instructors. Failure to follow safety protocols may result in removal from the class or Studio without refund. Personal Property: The Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items brought onto the premises. By registering for or attending any class, event, or session at Owl’s Eye Art Collective, you agree to this Liability Policy.
