Memberships at Owl’s Eye Art Collective

A creative co-working space and art lab for artists, makers, freelancers, remote workers, and small business owners in Lowertown, Saint Paul. Memberships begin July 15.

 

We’re opening a larger creative space with room to work, make, meet, and connect. Because memberships, desks, storage, and Art Lab access are limited, we’re starting with tours and conversations before sign-up.

Base Membership

Co-Working Membership

Starting at $150/month

A shared workspace for people who need a consistent place to work, meet, plan, and build.​

​Membership include:

  • Secure badge-entry access to the co-working space from

  • 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM

  • Exterior doors remain locked during member-access hours

  • Shared desks and comfortable work areas

  • High-speed Wi-Fi

  • Personal file cabinet

  • Two free conference room hours each month

  • Four buddy passes each month

  • 20% off classes and workshops

Dedicated Desk - $25/month

A reserved desk space for members who want a consistent place to work. Great for people who plan to use the co-working space often and want their own regular workstation.

Flat File Drawer - $25/month

Additional flat storage for prints, paper, drawings, and flat artwork. Perfect for artists, printmakers, designers, and makers who need safe storage for larger flat materials.

Shop Shelf - $25/month

Shelf space for approved member-made items. A good option for artists and makers who want to sell small goods, prints, jewelry, zines, gifts, or handmade items through Owl’s Eye.

Art Lab Equipment- $25/month

Additional flat storage for prints, paper, drawings, and flat artwork. Perfect for artists, printmakers, designers, and makers who need safe storage for larger flat materials.

Locked Locker - $25/month

Display and sell approved artwork on the gallery wall. Wall space is priced at $25 per linear foot per month and runs vertically to the ceiling height of the assigned spot. Great for artists who want a visible place to show and sell their work.

Gallery Wall Space - $25 per ft/month

Display and sell approved artwork on the gallery wall. Wall space is priced at $25 per linear foot per month and runs vertically to the ceiling height of the assigned spot. Great for artists who want a visible place to show and sell their work.

Lowertown residents receive 25% off all memberships for the first three monthes.
